FintechIndia said the surge in job-market activity has led to an increase in demand in the global marketplace.

The jobs boom has not been without its challenges.

According to the Fintec survey, only 3% of jobs advertised on BBS in India last year were in network marketing.

Accordingly, many job seekers are also struggling to find out if they qualify for an online interview, which can take up to three days.

“The challenge for jobseekers in the network marketing sector is that the application process can take two weeks to complete,” Fintex’s co-founder, Ravi Chaudhary, told ABC News.

The industry needs a clear picture of what skills it needs in order to attract top talent, he added.

But even if job-search platforms can help job-seeker with a more comprehensive interview process, the demand is still not there.

“It is clear that we are not seeing any evidence of job-hunt success in the face of job availability,” he said.

Chaudharies said that even though the number one ranking job-spotting platform in the market is Facebook, there are still plenty of vacancies.

He added that many job-applicants are also using other platforms such as LinkedIn to check if they can find a job.

“We need to make sure that these job-finders are trained in the skills that are required in a successful job search.

The job market is changing fast and that is a great opportunity for the industry,” he added, pointing out that the demand in India may be the fastest in the region.
